All puppy orders are subject to availability. Puppies are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. A deposit may be required to secure your puppy.
We take pride in the health and well-being of all our puppies. Each puppy undergoes veterinary checks, vaccinations, and deworming before delivery. Our health guarantee covers genetic defects and serious illnesses for a period of 30 days after purchase. Please note that this guarantee is valid only if the puppy is kept in appropriate conditions and receives routine care as advised.
Delivery is available within Australia. We ensure safe and comfortable transport for each puppy. Delivery schedules are agreed upon at the time of purchase, and you are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Due to the nature of live animal sales, returns are generally not accepted. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as breach of contract or serious health issues covered under our health guarantee. All claims must be supported by a licensed veterinarian report.
Purchasers agree to provide proper care, nutrition, and training for their puppies. Puppies must receive regular veterinary care. Buyers must comply with local laws regarding pet ownership, vaccination, and registration. Neglect or mistreatment of a puppy voids any health guarantees.
All puppies sold by Wag Wonder Pup come with pedigree documentation where applicable. Ownership transfers to the buyer upon full payment. AKC registration and other paperwork will be provided as agreed upon at the time of sale.
Wag Wonder Pup is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred after the puppy leaves our care. We are not responsible for costs associated with veterinary care, property damage, or injury caused by the puppy once it is in the buyer’s possession.
We respect your privacy. All personal information collected during purchase will be used solely for processing orders and communication. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill orders.
All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is property of Wag Wonder Pup. Reproduction or use of this content without explicit permission is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
